Kissee (pronounced Kiss-Say) is the Melodic and Purple Bass Music project of Sam Kissee. His music embodies a deep and powerful emotional feel. Light melodies laid over deep and heavy bass-lines create an atmosphere that is not easily replicated. His original productions mixed with his taste of Melodic and Experimental Bass Music creates an auditory experience unlike any other.
In 2017, Kissee had guest mixes released on the legendary Beat Lab Radio out of Bend Oregon, and with Wormhole Music Group out of Oakland California. 2017 saw the release of Kissee’s remix of Peaks originally produced by Intrasol and a collaborative song with Mike.Ill released on Shadowtrix Music. Festival performances in 2017 included Treefort Music Festival and Konnexion Music Festival in Idaho, Genesis Music Festival in Oregon, and The Pirate Party in Montana.
2016 was an eventful year for Kissee, the release of the EP “Inactivity”, Kissee’s online following has grown a large amount. Performances at Konnexion Music Festival, Pirate Party, and Burning Man. Along with the Single Releases of “Emergence” and “In the Wrong”.
Kissee has shared the stage with many of the greats in the music scene: Psymbionic, Phutureprimitive, Kaminanda, Starkey, iLL-eSHA, Vaski, T-Mass, Gladkill, jOBOT, Goldrush, G Jones, J.Phlip, EOTO, and Govinda. With Festival appearances at Treefort Music Festival, Konnexion Music Festival, Ponderosa Paradise, The Pirate Party, and Esthetic Evolution.
