Sensory Illumination, Boise’s largest electronic music party is back for its 7th incredible year! We’re moving to a new location, but you can count on all of the components that make Sensory Illumination awesome:
- Multiple stages with 20 different DJs on 4 stages from LA, SF, Denver, Portland, and Boise.
- Insane atmosphere with heavy black-lighting, generous video effects, lasers, fog, the works.
- “The Back Lot” – an outdoor party space with room for fire effects, dance performances, video projections and multiple chill lounges. We will even have a Burning Man art car.
- “See LIVE Pickle Art” – One of Boise’s post popular artists will be there, doing live painting!
- “The Rage Cage”(a.k.a. the Van) —a unique dance space found only at Sensory—hold on tight!
- “Sector Seventeen to Decorate the Back Lot Rage Cage!” – the Rage Cage is going to be decorated by Sector Seventeen. Enough said. They should also be doing some live art in the Back Lot.
- After Party at the Blues Bouquet—to top it all off, there’s an after-party that goes until dawn. This a separate event hosted by the Blues Bouquet and will be $5 admission.
This is an over 21 , non-smoking event.
What to Wear:
- Costumes are expected at Sensory Illlumination. Do not show up in street clothing! Wear what makes you feel fabulous. Be ready for a black-light heavy environment, with both indoor and outdoor party space.
- There will be professional, e-posted, event photography by MVGals.net and others.
- Coat check available for $1 for those furry garments.
Proceeds to Benefit:
- Opulent Temple (Burning Man’s largest sound camp from SF).
- Altitude Lounge (Boise’s highest chill spot on the Playa).
- The Playapus (a playa art-car, funds will help bring it to Idaho events).
- King Dazbog (a life-sized dinosaur puppet currently being built in Boise).
After Party:
The Blues Bouquet will be once again opening their doors to host our after-party this year! Please come by and enjoy this amazing venue as we rock it from 2am – 6am. Amazing lineup and vibe! There will be a $5 cover charge that will be well worth it.
